In the app (fastest)
- Open HazRide and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm twice.
Your account is deleted immediately. If you have a ride in progress, finish or cancel it first.
Can't open the app?
Email us with the phone number of your HazRide account. We will confirm it is your account with a code sent to that number, then delete it within 7 days.

- Your profile: name, phone number, email, password, gender and profile photo
- CNIC photos and number, driving licence and other documents, vehicle details
- Saved places, emergency contacts, location history and notifications
- Open ride requests, carpool offers and recurring commutes (they are cancelled)
What we keep
Records of completed trips and payments (date, route, fare) are kept for up to 5 years for accounting, tax, safety and dispute reasons, and because they are part of other people's trip history. They no longer show your name or contact details: you appear as "Deleted user".
